How do I return an item?

Return Policies & Procedures



Thank you for your interest in It's Simply Zen products!

We take extra time and care to evaluate the quality and usefulness of our products and are confident you will find value and enjoy your purchase(s) from It’s Simply Zen. We are also determined to offer our products at excellent product prices and FREE shipping. Our return process and procedures supports this mission and helps us to offer you exceptional values.

Zen Refund, Returns and Cancellation Policies:

We stand behind our products and want our customers to be 100% satisfied.

To cancel an order simply contact It's Simply Zen and if the order hasn't been shipped we will cancel the order and refund your money immediately.  We try to ship same day whenever possible so please contact us as quickly as possible.

If you are not satisfied with a product that you purchase from us, please return it within 15 days of purchase, in the original (new/unused), unopened condition and we will issue you a full refund on the price paid for the item(s).  In order to keep our prices low for all customers we cannot take merchandise back that has been used.

Please note that the customer is responsible for actual shipping fees (both to you and back to It’s Simply Zen).  A 25% restocking fee is charged for opened items. We do not accept returns on items that have been used and/or washed.

We're sorry for the inconvenience but for hygienic reasons we cannot accept returns on sandals, ToeSox, Healthytoes and Klean Kanteens.

Procedure for Returning an Item:

(1) Do not remove and/or open the item from the manufacturer’s packaging.

(2) Contact It’s Simply Zen and obtain an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization)

       Send us an email at Customer Service or call us at 877-717-4ZEN (4936) (M-F 9am – 6pm PST)

(3) Ship the unused/unopened merchandise to:

       Attention: Returns

       Mission Viejo, CA 92691

       Please include your name and order number with your merchandise.

       Please note we recommend sending merchandise back via USPS (Insured) or Fed Ex. If the merchandise you are attempting to return or exchange is lost on its way back to us, we are not responsible for reimbursement.

(4) When the merchandise is received by It’s Simply Zen, we will issue you a refund or process the exchange and send the new item/size to you within 4 days of receiving the merchandise.
