t spheres is more than a massage ball. t spheres are massage and aromatherapy all in one portable product. t spheres are innovative and unique self-massage tools with over 15 years of research and development. t spheres provide a natural way to relieve pain from the body and use the most scientifically researched alternative methods for stress relief. The infusion of aromatherapy and essential oils into a purified perfectly weighted organic rubber compound has never been accomplished before, making t spheres the only massage ball with both beneficial attributes. t spheres were created by Stephanie Whittier LMT, CST, a professional massage therapist, who has been practicing massage therapy, craniosacral therapy and studying movement in relationship to pain relief for over 17 years. Her extensive education, diverse clientele and constant travels for her work led her to the invention of t spheres.

t spheres are aromatherapy plus massage. Aromatherapy is released from t spheres upon contact. t spheres enables the central nervous system to respond to stress levels naturally. Each t spheres set brings with it specific beneficial qualities. The breath is key to releasing tension and the aromatherapy aspect of t spheres reminds your body to breathe while you self-massage.

Additional ways to use your t spheres include hot massage by boiling your t spheres for 5 minutes or microwaving for 2 minutes or cold massage by placing in the freezer for 30 minutes or store in the freezer (use a zip lock bag to retain freshness). t spheres cold technique is suggested for headache relief.

Care for your t spheres by rinsing in cold water and re-infuse if desired. Re-infuse t spheres after hot or cold techniques. Note: Please use caution when using t spheres with fine linens and garments. The aromatherapy oil infusion lasts for up to 3 months when you store your t spheres in their EVA-lined carrying pouch.

Use the enclosed spray-top aromatherapy re-infuser to re-infuse aroma into t spheres when needed. Spray one or two drops of aromatherapy oil onto t spheres or into the palm of your hand and massage oil into t spheres. how to use t spheres to relieve stress

For headaches/difficulty in focusing/being overwhelmed/can't think clearly: hold a t sphere massage ball to your temple and gently move it in small circles at the point of tension. As you do this, breathe in and out slowly and deeply and focus on the aroma of the t sphere as you breathe in. Start by breathing in for a count of two and out for two. Then in and out for three. Then four and so on until you have slowed and deepened each breath.

Stress relief at your desk: place the t spheres massage balls behind your lower back in the office or at home and use your stomach muscles to push your back in to the chair to release any aches for instant stress relief at your desk. You can add a slight side to side movement to stimulate deeper release in the quadratus and erector spinae muscles that attach to the sacrum this is a heavy duty muscle attachment area and can usually take deep pressure.

To release whole body tension - this is a great one to do at work its discreet so no-one will notice. Place the t spheres massage balls under your bare feet (or with stockings/socks) and roll them under your soles. Work the reflex points by pressing down on the sensitive areas. These reflex points relate to areas of the body including your major organs, muscles and spine so by releasing tension here, you can release tension all over your body.

For tight shoulders and neck - take a t sphere massage ball and roll it gently on your skin until you find the point of tension (where it hurts!). Press the t sphere into that spot and focus on the feeling there. Release the pressure and relax. Then press in and relax again. Repeat until the tension has gone. Move the t sphere in gentle circles over the area for a final massage.

For a tired and stressed face - your facial muscles often reveal your stress and trigger others to say you look stressed. Release the muscular tension from a frown, furrowed brow or sulky/set mouth to release the stress lines in your skin tissue. Roll the peppermint t spheres massage ball slowly over the face concentrating on the areas with lines ... laughter lines, frown lines, lateral lines (either side of your mouth) and forehead lines and smile! Smiling even when you're not feeling happy will help as your brain will interpret this expression as feeling good and you'll start to feel better!

For all over stress/tension this is the ultimate stress reliever. Find a quiet space where you can lie down. Lie down with your feet flat on the floor and knees bent. Take both t spheres massage balls and place them either side of your spine in your lower back. Press your body weight down as you breathe out and focus on the spots where they are touching your body. Breathe in through your nose and out through your mouth a few times. Then move down about a hands width (so the t spheres massage balls move up your body and press down again. Repeat the breathing pattern. Continue with this until the t spheres massage balls are up near your bra strap area. This is a key tension release zone so really focus on this area. Open your chest and breathe in through your nose and out through your mouth. Close your eyes so you can relax your mind even more.

Quite simple review - i use t spheres on my neck and traps down into my lower back and it gives incredible relief as it gets into the muscle due to its tackiness rubber surface and the aromatherapy oil allows the ball to penetrate and give a comfortable massage to any ailinig area.

I use these mostly on my feet, upper back and neck. Feet after walking, back after the gym (sometimes legs too), and neck whenever it bothers me... they work excellently.
